As a coach, Gwen acts as an objective sounding board challenging and guiding clients in bridging career gaps between where they are and where they want to be. She works one-on-one with individuals in a personalized solution-focused coaching approach. The result is her clients set and achieve their goals in accelerated and sustainable ways.
Gwen draws on her experience, as former in-house counsel, in the public, private and not-for-profit entertainment and media industry in Toronto, New York City and Washington, D.C., where she held director and vice president positions at PBS, Miramax Films, Columbia House, DLT Entertainment and Corus Entertainment. Gwen was also a legal consultant to Worldvision Enterprises and Cablevision.
Education and Certifications
Gwen obtained a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Boston University and graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. Gwen holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law School and is a member of the New York Bar.
Gwen is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.
Gwen is a certified coach from Coach Training Alliance and the Adler School of Professional Coaching. Both programs are accredited by the International Coach Federation of which she is a member and a designated Associate Certified Coach.
